What happens to my Resume?
Once your resume has been reviewed for completeness, it is posted to our electronic database according to academic discipline, degree types, and graduation year. This database is accessible by all BPA managers allowing them easy access to review knowledge, skills, and abilities on the resumes and comparing them to the position description of the job needing to be filled.
Interviews are then scheduled by individual managers on an as needed basis. Copies of transcripts may be requested at the time of the interview. Official transcripts are required upon selection.
